• Guests may cancel their bookings 72 hours (three days) prior to arrival and will not be penalized with any cancellation fees. A full refund would apply.
• In the event of a guest cancelling less than 72 hours the guest will not be entitled to a refund.
• In the event of a no-show, the guest will not be entitled to a refund.
• In the event the guest wishes to amend the booking date due to a medical emergency, it is at the discretion of the company to request proof of the emergency in order not to apply the no refund policy.
• Refunds will be applied for via sales@drbarabia.com and will be effected no later than 14 days from date of cancellation.
• The visitor is not exempt from paying the park entrance fee, which is 50 SAR per vehicle.
