- Your reservation will be considered void if you are late for 15 minutes or more.

- The maximum time available to occupy a table is two hours.

-Guests must follow local customs and “common taste regulations” issued by the Saudi authorities.  

- Commitment not to take photos or videos of guests or employees.

- The restaurant and café are not responsible for loss of personal items.

- Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is not permitted in the restaurant.

- We apologize for not allowing any drinks or food from outside the restaurant.

- We apologize for not booking a specific table. The table is determined according to availability, capacity and number of guests.

- Children are welcome to accompany their parents, emphasizing the importance of remaining calm to avoid disturbing other guests in the restaurant. -

The safety of children is the responsibility of their parents while they are in the restaurant.

- They should not be left alone and should not be allowed to wander around the restaurant without being accompanied and supervised.
