Entry & Wristbands

• Each ticket and wristband is valid for one person only.
• A valid wristband is required for entry and re-entry.
• Wristbands are valid for one match day only and may not be transferred, shared, exchanged, or reused.
• Entry is subject to venue capacity. Guests are encouraged to arrive early.
• Re-entry is permitted only during the match period associated with the guest's wristband.

Tickets & Refunds

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the event is cancelled by OffBrief.

Seating

• Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is not guaranteed. Seating at The Backyard consists primarily of beanbags and casual lounge-style seating.
• Seats may not be reserved for guests who are not present.

Guest Conduct

• All ages are welcome. Children must remain under the supervision of a parent or guardian at all times.
• Guests must follow instructions provided by the OffBrief team and venue staff.
• Disruptive, abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in refusal of entry or removal from the venue without refund.
• Outside food, beverages, and prohibited items are not permitted.

Personal Belongings

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. OffBrief accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Programming & Activities

• Match broadcasts, schedules, activities, competitions, and other programming are subject to change without prior notice.
• Match broadcasts are subject to availability and rights-holder restrictions.
• Participation in games, competitions, giveaways, and activations may be subject to additional rules and availability.

Media & Privacy

• Photography and videography may take place during the event. By entering the venue, guests consent to the use of their image, likeness, and voice for promotional and marketing purposes.

General

• OffBrief reserves the right to refuse entry, remove any guest who breaches these terms, and amend these terms and conditions at any time.

By car: There are many ways to reach your destination, including heading west on King Abdul Aziz Road/Route 213, taking the 4th exit at the roundabout, continuing on the same road, and turning right. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or by using a ride-hailing app.
