The ticket holder is bound by these terms and conditions upon issuance, use, or attempted use of the ticket.  

Tickets are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

• In the event of cancellation of the event, the ticket price will be refunded.  
• The ticket holder is responsible for verifying the date, time, and location of the event. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to latecomers. In such a case, the ticket holder will not be entitled to a refund or compensation of any kind.  
• Acknowledge and adhere to the Public Decency Regulations (to view the regulations, click here)  
• Ticket holders and their personal belongings may be searched upon entry to the event site. Dangerous and prohibited items will be confiscated. Any item deemed by the organizer or security personnel at the event site to be dangerous or that could be used to damage the venue or spoil the event will also be confiscated.   • All prices include VAT.  
• Ticket holders, as attendees at the event, consent to the use of photographs, video clips, and recorded audio clips that may be posted online.  
• The organizer is not responsible for any bodily injury, illness, or death of any visitor (including ticket holders), or for any loss or damage to property arising from or related to the event.  
• Ticket resale is strictly prohibited.  
• The organizer has the right to expel anyone who engages in behavior deemed by the organizer to be a violation.   ⁠ ⁠
• It is prohibited to bring in outside food.

By car: There are many ways to reach your destination from Abha, including heading north on Route 15 toward Route 2580, turning left onto Route 214, turning right onto Route 2530, turning left, and continuing straight with the destination appearing on the right. GPS navigation is highly advised.
