- A security deposit of 500 riyals is required, which will be refunded upon leaving the villa, provided that there are no damages or harms inside it.
- In the event of damage to any accommodation items, this amount will be deducted and will be used as a security deposit.
3. Refund Policy:
- Time changes are not permitted.
- No refunds or deposits are permitted.
4. Event Changes or Cancellations:
- The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule or cancel the event.
- In the event of event cancellation, ticket holders will be notified, and refunds will be made in accordance with the refund policy.
5. Change of Tenant:
- Bookings are non-transferable without contacting us.
6. Entry Requirements:
- Attendees must adhere to the entry requirements set by the organizer.
- Attendees may be asked to provide proof of identity or proof of booking.
7. Code of Conduct:
- Attendees must adhere to the event and code of conduct. - Reserves the right to remove any attendee who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
8. Liability and Waiver:
- Attendees participate at their own risk, and the organizer is not responsible for any accidents or injuries.
- By attending, attendees waive any claims against the venue organizers.
- Sign the balcony liability waiver.
9. Lost or Stolen Supplies:
- The venue is not responsible for lost or stolen supplies. 10. Compliance with Laws:
- Attendees must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the event.
- By reserving the venue, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
