By purchasing or using this ticket, the ticket holder agrees to all the Terms & Conditions stated below.
All visitors must comply with public decency standards, venue regulations, and the organizer’s instructions at all times.
Visitors must attend on the date and time specified on their ticket. The organizer reserves the right to manage entry times to ensure safety and smooth operations.
The admission ticket price is SAR 50 per person, excluding VAT.
Children under 12 years of age are admitted free of charge.
Nursery/childcare fees, where applicable, are separate and do not include admission to the event.
General admission tickets do not include access to the Music Theater. A separate ticket is required.
Children are not permitted inside the Music Theater.
Children are not permitted in the Viewpoint Area for safety reasons.
Baby strollers are not permitted inside the event venue.
Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
Smoking is prohibited inside the event venue, except in designated smoking areas, if available.
Visitors must wear their event wristband at all times and are responsible for keeping it safe and undamaged. Lost or damaged wristbands may result in denied entry or continued access.
Visitors are required to keep the venue clean and dispose of waste in the designated bins.
Re-entry is not permitted once a visitor exits the event venue.
Ticket fees are non-refundable once the visitor has entered the event venue.
The organizer and security personnel reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any visitor who violates these Terms & Conditions, disrupts the event, or fails to follow safety instructions, without any refund.
The organizer reserves the right to amend, postpone, or cancel the event if necessary or due to circumstances beyond its control. Any ticket-related matters will be handled in accordance with the organizer’s policy and Platinumlist’s applicable policies.
The organizer reserves the right to take any necessary measures to ensure the safety of visitors and the proper operation of the event.
The event may be photographed and/or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes. By entering the event, visitors consent to the use of their image or likeness in such materials without compensation.

By car:There are various ways to reach your destination, including heading southwest on King Abdul Aziz Rd Route 213, taking the exit, then at the roundabout taking the 3rd exit to continue onto Wadi Murrah St. Turn right onto Wadi Ramlan St, turn left, then right, then right again, and turn left onto Wadi Mleeh St. Finally, turn left; the destination will be ahead. GPS navigation is highly advised.
