Shafaq Event

• Tickets are non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.
• By purchasing this ticket, you agree to comply with all event terms and conditions as set by the organizer, both prior to and during the event.
• In the case of any ticket issue, the customer must present a valid ID (National ID, driver’s license, or passport) matching the payment method used.
• Ticket resale is strictly prohibited. Tickets purchased from unauthorized sources will be canceled, and entry will be denied.
• Ticket holders are responsible for checking event date, time, and location. Late arrivals may be denied entry without refund.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with the age requirements for the event.
• Re-entry to the event is not permitted unless specifically authorized by event management.
• Failure to attend the event for any reason is the responsibility of the ticket holder; no refunds will be provided.
• The organizer holds no responsibility for lost or damaged tickets. Lost tickets will not be reissued, and seats or categories cannot be changed.
• Tickets are valid for single entry and for the specific day/time indicated only.

• If the event is canceled or postponed by the organizer, refunds or exchanges will follow the organizer’s policy.

• All attendees and belongings may be subject to security checks at entry. Prohibited or dangerous items will be confiscated.
• Attendees are expected to maintain public decency and follow cultural and behavioral guidelines.
• Dress code may apply as communicated by the organizer and must be respected.
• Ticket prices are inclusive of VAT.
• Professional photography or video equipment (lenses 50mm or larger) is prohibited without prior approval.
• By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed, with images and recordings potentially used for promotional purposes.
• The organizer is not responsible for any personal property lost, damaged, or stolen at the event.
• The event program and schedule are subject to change at the discretion of the organizer.
• Personal data collected during ticket purchase is the property of the organizer and may be used for marketing and communication purposes in accordance with privacy regulations.
• Drinks and mattresses are not allowed.

The holder of this ticket is bound by these terms and conditions upon purchase, issuance, or use.
